Here is everything you need to report a cheater:

His IGN (In game name);
A Screenshot with a proof;
A Crossfire Replay which can be found on My Documents>Cross Fire>Replay.

Put all this in a Thread and if you are sure he cheats and you have good proofs, then he will be banned for sure smile
